What is 360-degree feedback?

360-degree Feedback is the process of incorporating feedback from many individuals and using it to help individuals and organisations grow.  



Allows an individual to learn and understand the perspective of the people they work with through confidential feedback and make changes and decisions accordingly.


What we offer

We work with clients at any stage of the 360-degree feedback process, from initial questionnaire design through to report processing and feedback. We have extensive experience in this area, and WDP Consultant Peter Ward is an internationally known expert having his book on this subject published by the CIPD.
