Most
of the products that we sell can be used by internally accredited
people as well as our own consultants. Although course content and
lengths may vary. We follow the principles listed below:

All training includes a comprehensive
manual to back up the formal sessions

Consultants
who are experts in the particular process or product, and have
considerable experience in using it provide training

We make
extensive use of role-playing during training. This not only
provides practice but also enables the tutors to assess the
learning that has taken place.

We follow up formal training
by supervising the first live session that a facilitator runs
and by giving him or her feedback afterwards.
