Team Leader Programme

This four day programme incorporates the 2 day Team Member programme and is designed to develop skills in small team leadership and facilitation. Awareness of team dynamics and team process are combined with practical techniques in order to develop overall facilitation skills. Additional case study practice provides further opportunities to build confidence in using the process toolkit introduced during the RISE training.
